# Quickstart

> Go from a running AgentSDR instance to your first campaign and your first reply in the queue.

This page assumes AgentSDR is already running and you can open it in a browser. If not, start with [Self-hosting](/self-hosting). You will create your organization, connect a channel and the AI provider, import leads and launch a first email campaign.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Create your account and organization">
    Open the app and choose to create an account. The sign-up form asks for **Name**, **Work email** and **Password**, and offers Google when your instance has Google sign-in set up.

    Confirm your address from the email you receive. If the instance has no email service configured, the link is written to the server log instead.

    After you sign in with no organization, AgentSDR sends you to a **Create your organization** screen. Enter an **Organization name** and a **URL name** (lowercase letters, numbers and dashes), then choose **Create organization**. You become its owner and land on Analytics.

    <Info>
      By default an instance is invite-only. The very first account can always sign up; everyone after that needs an invitation from an existing organization. See [Organizations and members](/workspace/organizations).
    </Info>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Connect your AI provider">
    Go to **Settings**, then **AI provider**. Connect OpenRouter with an inference key and a management key, pick the providers and models you want, choose a default model and confirm that shared capacity is never used. Until you save this, AI features such as reply classification and drafts cannot run. The full walkthrough is in [AI provider](/workspace/ai-provider).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Connect a channel">
    Each channel has its own set of tabs under **Settings**, and its service is connected on the tab for it. A feature switches on only once its service is connected.

    * **Email.** On **Email**, open the **Connection** tab and connect your Google Workspace service account. Then open **Mailboxes** and choose **Add mailbox**. See [Connect email](/email/connect).
    * **LinkedIn.** On **LinkedIn**, open **Connection** and connect Unipile, then link an account on the **Accounts** tab. See [LinkedIn accounts](/linkedin/accounts).
    * **WhatsApp.** On **WhatsApp**, open **Integrations** and connect Unipile (and Cloudflare R2 if you will record calls), then choose **Sync from Unipile** on the **Numbers** tab. See [WhatsApp accounts](/whatsapp/accounts).

    Credentials for each service are in [Integrations](/integrations).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Import your leads">
    Open **Leads** and choose **Import people**. Pick an `.xlsx`, `.xls` or `.csv` file; you can start from **Download Excel template**. Columns beyond the basics become merge fields you can use in messages. See [Import leads](/leads/import).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Launch a first campaign">
    Under **Outreach**, open **Email**, then **Campaigns**, and choose **Create campaign**. The wizard has four steps: **Campaign details**, **Add leads**, **Build sequence** and **Review & launch**.

    **Launch campaign** stays disabled until the campaign has a connected mailbox, a complete sequence and at least one lead. You can also choose **Save as draft** and come back. See [Email campaigns](/email/campaigns).

    <Tip>
      Start with a small list. New mailboxes send 30 emails a day by default, spaced by a random gap, inside weekday sending hours. See [Sending rules](/workspace/sending-rules).
    </Tip>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Work the replies">
    When someone replies, the message lands in **Action required** in the sidebar, together with the AI's classification and a draft answer. Review the draft, edit it if you want, and send it. Replies are also visible in the channel's own inbox: **Email**, **Inbox**; **LinkedIn**, **Messages**; **WhatsApp**, **Messages**.

    **Analytics** then shows replies, positive replies, meetings and customers for the period. See [Action required](/crm/action-required) and [Analytics](/analytics).
  </Step>
