An enrichment column calls a data provider once per row. You map the provider’s inputs (for example a LinkedIn URL) to columns in your table, pick which results you want, and each result becomes its own column. AgentSDR supports 15 providers.

Connect a provider account

Provider accounts belong to your organization, so everyone in it can pick them. You add them from inside the enrichment setup, not from Settings.
1

Open the catalog

In a table, click Actions, then Add enrichment. Search with Search providers and enrichments…. Providers with a connected account show a green dot and a Connected label. The rest are greyed out.
2

Choose a provider

Click one. If you haven’t connected it yet you see Connect (provider) to use its actions.
3

Add the account

Click Add account. Enter an account name and the credential fields the provider asks for (usually one API key). AgentSDR makes a live call to the provider to verify the credentials before saving them. If verification fails, nothing is saved.
Credentials are encrypted at rest and never sent back to the browser.

Several accounts per provider

You can add more than one account for the same provider, for example one per client or per plan. When you set up a column, the Account dropdown lists every account for that provider, and each enrichment column keeps its own choice. If an account is later disabled, unverified, or its credentials can’t be read, runs for that column are refused with a message telling you to reconnect it.
This is a per-column choice, not an automatic rotation. A column uses the account you selected and doesn’t fall back to another account or provider. Waterfall columns exist in the menu but are disabled.

Add an enrichment column

  1. In the catalog, pick a provider and then one of its actions.
  2. Choose the Account.
  3. Under inputs, map each input to a table column. Required inputs are marked. Only compatible column types are offered, and the run is skipped for a row where a required input is empty.
  4. Under Run settings, choose whether the column should Auto-run.
  5. Click Continue to add fields, then tick the outputs you want as columns. The action runs once per row no matter how many outputs you choose.
  6. Click Save without running, or Save & run 10 rows to test.
Some actions are searches that take filters (Cleanlist’s people and company search, for example). They show a + Choose a filter picker and need a minimum number of filters mapped before they run. Providers that work asynchronously, such as FullEnrich and RocketReach, show the cell as Waiting for provider… until the result arrives. See Tables for statuses and retries.

The credentials each one asks for, and the actions available, come from the provider definitions in the code.

What the typical outputs are

Check each action’s output list in the setup screen for the exact fields. Some also return a full raw record as JSON.

Credits and cost

Providers charge you on your own account with them, and each action lists a credits figure in its definition. AgentSDR doesn’t convert these to money and doesn’t show a per-run cost for enrichment. It records the provider and result for each cell. Watch your usage in the provider’s own dashboard, and test with Save & run 10 rows before running a whole table.
Running a column spends credits on your provider account. Cells with a blank required input are skipped before they reach the provider, but re-running a column re-queries every row you include.
