LinkedIn campaigns send connection requests and messages from LinkedIn accounts that you connect through Unipile. You connect Unipile once for your organization, then add each LinkedIn profile from Settings → LinkedIn. That section has three tabs: Accounts, Connection and Sending rules.
Automating LinkedIn is against LinkedIn’s terms and can get an account restricted. Read Responsible use first. The limits on this page exist to keep activity modest, but no tool can promise an account will never be limited.

Connect Unipile

Open Settings → LinkedIn → Connection. The Unipile card shows Connected or Not connected.
  1. Click Connect (or Edit) and open How to connect for the steps.
  2. Enter the DSN (API address) and Access token from your Unipile dashboard. Save.
AgentSDR checks the credentials with Unipile before saving. It then registers the webhooks it needs in your Unipile workspace itself, so accepted invitations and replies arrive here. The card’s Webhooks line shows the result, with Register again if it failed and Show URLs and secret if you would rather register them by hand. The full credential steps are in Integrations. The same Unipile connection also powers WhatsApp. Changing it here changes it there too. Until Unipile is connected, Accounts shows a Connect Unipile prompt instead of the list.

Add a LinkedIn account

1

Click Connect LinkedIn account

On Settings → LinkedIn → Accounts, the button is at the top right. It opens Unipile’s hosted sign-in in the same tab and shows Opening LinkedIn… while it redirects.
2

Sign in to LinkedIn on Unipile's page

Complete LinkedIn’s sign-in and any verification (captcha, code). Unipile hosts this step, so AgentSDR never sees your LinkedIn password.
3

Return to AgentSDR

You are sent back to the Accounts page, which shows Syncing the connected account from Unipile… and then lists the account. If the wizard did not complete you see LinkedIn was not connected. Try again.
If sync fails after a successful sign-in, you see Connected, but the sync failed. The account appears after the next outreach run.

Read the Accounts page

The cards at the top show Connected, Needs attention, Requests today and Premium. Each account row shows: What the statuses mean:
  • Connected: the account can send.
  • Limit reached: LinkedIn refused something because of a limit. The account stops for the day and resumes by itself. See LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Disconnected: LinkedIn signed the session out or Unipile lost it. Campaigns skip the account until you reconnect. Click Reconnect under the status, or choose Reconnect account in the row menu. This re-authenticates the same account in place, so its campaigns and history stay.

Daily connection request limit

The default depends on the account type, and both defaults are set in Sending rules: To change one account, open its … menu and choose Daily request limit. Enter a number, or leave it empty to follow the organization’s rule, which also means a later change to the rule reaches that account. The dialog warns before you go past the safe edge (above 30 for Premium, above 10 for free) but still lets you save.
LinkedIn restricts accounts that send much more than 30 invitations a day, and free accounts have a much smaller weekly allowance. Raising the limit past the warning raises the risk of restriction.

Working hours

By default an account works whenever its campaigns are due. To restrict it, choose Set working hours (or Edit working hours) in the row menu. The Working hours dialog has:
  • Restrict outreach to working hours: off means any time.
  • Timezone, Start and End.
  • Working days, where at least one day must be selected.
Outside the window the account does nothing: it does not look up profiles, send invitations or send follow-ups. If you want the same hours for every account, set Working hours for accounts without their own in Sending rules. An account’s own hours always win over that rule.
The Schedule column shows “Any time” for an account without hours of its own, even when an organization-wide rule applies to it.

Pace between runs

Beyond the daily limit, accounts send in short runs and then rest. Each run sends a few invitations with a gap between them, then the account waits before its next run. These numbers are organization-wide and are in Sending rules. The defaults and how the engine uses them are covered in LinkedIn campaigns.
